Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refunds work on undef games — our minimum guarantee, seller policies, and your statutory rights.
Effective date: June 28, 2026
This policy covers purchases on undef games, operated by MindTenet™ LLC. Payments and refunds are processed through Stripe (we may add other processors). How it works:
- Your statutory rights always apply and are never reduced by this policy.
- undef games guarantees a minimum standard (below). No product on the marketplace may offer worse than this.
- Sellers may offer more generous terms. Each product shows the refund terms that apply to it; where a seller’s terms are more generous than our minimum, the seller’s terms apply.
Our minimum guarantee
Digital products (games, tools, downloadable content). You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product hasn’t been substantially downloaded or used, or if it’s faulty, materially not as described, or wasn’t delivered — whichever gives you the better outcome. Our own first-party products go further with a 30-day money-back guarantee, even if downloaded and tried, subject to anti-abuse review.
Physical products. Refund and return eligibility is shown on the product listing. Where a return is offered, request it within the stated window with the item unused and in its original condition. Personalized or made-to-order items (such as engraved or custom-printed goods) are non-refundable once production has started, except where faulty or not as described.
Wallet top-ups and virtual currency. Unspent wallet top-ups may be refunded within 14 days. Once virtual currency (such as tokens or cycles) has been spent, it is non-refundable, except where the law requires. Virtual currency has no cash value and cannot be cashed out.
Bundles and packs. A bundle is refunded as a whole (we can’t split it); the entire bundle and its entitlements are removed on refund.
Pre-orders and early access. Pre-orders can be cancelled and refunded any time before release and for 14 days after release. Early-access purchases follow the digital-products rule above.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, or — if you prefer and it’s offered — as wallet credit (wallet credit is usually faster; a cash refund can take a few business days to appear). Refunding a purchase revokes the related entitlement.
Subscriptions and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don’t refund partial periods unless the law or the seller’s terms require it. We give reasonable notice before a subscription price change.
How to request a refund
Request a refund from your account, or email [email protected] with your order details and the reason. We aim to respond within a few business days. For seller products, we may involve the seller in the decision consistent with our minimum guarantee.
Anti-abuse
Refunds are meant to protect buyers, not to be a way to use products for free. We monitor for abuse and may decline refunds in individual cases where the right is being misused, to the extent the law allows.
Disputes and chargebacks
If a charge looks wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. You keep the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer; note that a chargeback typically results in the related entitlement being revoked. Chargebacks are handled through the relevant payment processor.
